Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling EURO HAIR a line of luxury high quality Hair Extensions to potential customers, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
- Analyze sales data and trends to meet sales goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong business development skills with a focus on technical sales
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with direct door to door sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
